SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage technique for self-discovery that taps into one's inner wisdom without the need for words, by harnessing the power of images. Through the power of SoulCollage®, our mind, body, heart, & soul are brought together into the present moment. By creating collaged cards with images that speak to you, awareness, insight, & purpose may surface in ways that create a sense of surprise, awe, & wonder in you.

Once created, you'll "meet" each card to ask it a series of questions that will enable it to reveal itself & it's wisdom to you. Create multiple cards to compile your own deck that you can consult with questions about your life. Each card is a 'Neter,' which is a guide, ally, or challenger. Listen to the guidance that your Neters have for you & let them assist you in your daily life.

Founder Seena B. Frost, M.A., M.Div. (1932-2016) developed her ideas for creating collaged cards & consulting them for self-discovery in her psychotherapy groups. Her experiences revealed the transformational possibilities of the method & SoulCollage® was born in the late 1980s.

We are now a global community with over 6,000 trained SoulCollage® Facilitators sharing the process in 63 countries. SoulCollage® continues to grow, supported by books, audio recordings, online classes, an iOS App, Facilitator Trainings, newsletters, blogs, social media, & card making products.
